JR Breakfast Casserole You'll Love - It's Easy, Delicious and Versatile

Our Breakfast Casserole is the BEST!!!

The base is this: 

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 pound sausage (We prefer Meishan Mild)
  • 1/2 pound shredded cheese

You'll need a 9x11 pan and a little lard or butter to grease the bottom of your pan. 

Possible Add ins:

  • Salt / Pepper
  • Onions
  • Sun dried tomatoes 
  • Scallions
  • Kale or....
  • This list is long!

Here's how you make it:

  • Cook sausage through in a seperate pan
  • Then, grease bottom of casserole pan
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour into the pan
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
