Shipping policy

• We ship every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, barring major holidays that affect shipping times and delivery windows.
• Our frozen proteins & refrigerated items are packaged to arrive in 1-2 business days. 
• With the perishable nature of these products, we definitely don't want your order sitting in a warehouse over any weekend. 
• There are 2 other important things to note about these dates/ times/ shipping windows.
• #1 Shipping time. If your area requires 2 day shipping, we can only ship that on Tuesday or Wednesday. 
• #2 If you are within 1 day UPS ground from us (See map HERE), we will ship your order either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
• We custom cut your proteins in our USDA licensed facility. Large orders, like a 1/4 to whole cow, may take up to a week to cut and meet the shipping window for your area. 

Packaging: 

• we are currently using mylar or silver insulated bags inside a cardboard box to ship. Dry ice may be needed, especially for our premium proteins. Do not touch the dry ice directly as it may burn the skin. If there are empty bags in the top of your cooler bag, the dry ice has sublimated or disappeared. 
• Note that there may be a straw in that bag that goes through the inside to the outside. This is our 'vent.' Dry ice must be vented to prevent the bag from bursting open in transit.
• Shipping Rates - outside of our 1 day ground area, shipping is expensive. We are working towards a better solution for this. These rates cover some of cost, but not all, to give you an idea of the expense. 
• If you have an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photo documentation to jensenreservestore@gmail.com.
