I know I'm not alone though.
From that chicken soup that soothes our colds to the sauerkraut that relieves our ingestion. It's true.
Food can heal us.
I know this first hand.
I've been there.
My journey to better health began after I spent 3 years sick on the couch.
The doctors had no real answer for me, only pills, prescriptions and repeat.
I heard words like Fibromyalgia & Depression. The 'go-to' answers for the lack of a better option.
But that wasn't the root of the problem.
What I chose to eat was a major cause. Only secondary to lack of immune system support.

Don't get me wrong, if I have a serious medical issue, I'm going to the doctor, period.
But what about that bronchitis I faithfully had twice a year?

It's the rare exception that I get sick.
