Once cured, it's hung in our store until it's perfectly dry aged.

+ Shipping: "Dry Goods" or non frozen products can ship any day we're open. (Wednesday-Saturday)
+Frozen foods ship Tuesday/ Wednesday, depending on shipping time.
+ All of our Dry Goods orders are a Flat Rate Fee of $9.99 to ship, regardless of weight. So stock up on Spices and Charcuterie while you're ordering!
+ Expedited Shipping can be quoted. Call us at 770-363-4487. Otherwise, your order will be shipped ground service.
We always work hard to make your products as fresh as possible.
This may mean a delay in requested order pick up.
+ We are Closed Sunday & Monday
