Hogs are from like minded farms that are committed to animal welfare by adding no hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Raised naturally with access to pastures. They are fed a healthy vegetarian diet with no animal byproducts. Even their emotional well-being is considered!!

We cooked one for the crew with zero glazes or added seasonings. WOW!!!! Amazing!! THAT'S how you know it's an amazing product to begin with!
- Choose the shank end or butt end.
- Although this ham is smoked, it is not fully cooked. Smoke or cook at 325°-350° for 20 minutes per pound, to an internal temp of 160°.
