These are OUR VERSION of Cow Packages. We are a Butcher Shop, NOT a processor. To clarify, it's a zero waste package so you get the most value for your dollar. No dealing with “hanging weights”, bones or gobs and gobs of Ground Beef. With ours, you get Four cuts of Steak, a FINITE amount of 80/20 Ground Beef, Chuck Roasts and Stew Beef. No strange cuts you aren't familiar with.
It's always USA Black Angus Beef and includes per quarter cow:
- 20lbs. 80/20 Ground Beef
- 4 Teres Major Steak (Also called the Shoulder Tender, 2nd only to the Filet for flavor and tenderness.)
- 7-8lbs. NY Strip Steak
- 7-8lbs. Ribeye Steak
- 2lbs. Filet
- 6lbs. Chuck Roasts
- 6lbs. Stew Beef
- Approximately 50lbs. of Premium Beef for every Quarter Cow Package
