Our Ground Steak is nothing but 100% ground Black Angus Ribeye, Filet Mignon and New York Steak. Our Butcher Babes take the very best trim from custom cutting Steaks, and grind them. We actually use this same grind to create our hand-crafted Steak Burgers. And as with ALL our premium proteins, it’s made with:
- NO antibiotics
- NO growth hormones
- NO mRNA
- Well raised animals
- Sold in 1lb. Flat Packs for easy thaw and portioning
ANY of your Ground Beef recipes will be ELEVATED when you switch it out with our Ground Steak!!

We ship weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday. Closed Mondays.
Tuesday: Every order ships based on product availability. Bulk packages may require extra time to prepare.
Wednesday: 1 day ground orders ship or any expedited shipment.
If Thursday/ Friday Expedited Orders are preferred, call us in store 770-363-4487.
