Capicola is often used not only on a charcuterie board but as a deli meat (especially in muffaletta sandwiches!) or even in pastas.
Each of our Capicolas are cured, cut, and prepared here at Jensen Reserve. A hands-on process 4 years in the making.
Our customers are split on how best to serve it… room temperature or chilled. Either way, you'll love its uniqueness!

+Frozen foods ship Tuesday/ Wednesday, depending on shipping time.
+ All of our Dry Goods orders are a Flat Rate Fee of $9.99 to ship, regardless of weight. So stock up on Spices and Charcuterie while you're ordering!
+ Expedited Shipping can be quoted. Call us at 770-363-4487. Otherwise, your order will be shipped ground service.
