Breakfast Sausages are just one of the custom grinds we do here at Jensen Reserve.
We grind Heritage Pork Boston Butts to make our sausages.
Then we season it with our proprietary gluten free, sugar free herb and spice blend - no worries though! It's SO GOOD you'll never miss the sugar!!
Flat Packs are how we package the 1lb. Hot and Mild Sausages. We do this because it’s easy to store in your freezer/fridge, it thaws fast, and as noted in the photos provided, it makes portioning easy peasy!!
We use natural sheep casings in our Mild Breakfast Links. Each of our Hot and Mild Breakfast Sausage Patties are 3 hearty ounces. You can even “smash” them to make thinner, breakfast sandwich sized patties!
Our delicious heritage pork Breakfast Sausage is available in:
