We slow render this Beef Tallow in house ourselves with grass fed and finished Suet from Hunter Cattle Company down near Savannah, GA!
Their beef is fully American Grass Fed AND Grass Finished!
Tallow is a healthier fat, rendered from suet which is leaf fat. From Hunter Cattle Company… ”Our suet is only kidney area fat—aka leaf fat—no trim whatsoever.” It’s a cleaner fat than regular beef trim, without actual meat involved.
Tallow is used for cooking, household applications and more! When it comes from grass fed cattle, it has a ton of health benefits. It’s rich in beneficial nutrients!
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) which has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Minerals. Fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, K and B12.
Some folks use Beef Tallow for skincare. We’re no experts on that, but it’s very moisturizing.
Like lard, you can use Tallow for seasoning cast iron and conditioning wooden cutting/charcuterie boards.
Each Quart size container holds 29 ounces of this highly sought after product!
