We start with dehydrating the skins to make our own 'blanks' to fry unlike most other producers. Sea salt is added for flavor in this process. Also, on our BBQ flavor, we use our BBQ seasoning for that smoky, savory taste.
Then, they are deep fried in our smoke house with our own lard, again, from our pigs. Healthy, local and delicious!
