Our pork skins have the flavor and texture you crave.
Lots of crunch, and excellent with our house made dips for a real taste treat your family will love.
We start with dehydrating the skins to make our own 'blanks' to fry unlike most other producers. Sea salt is added for flavor in this process.
Then, they are deep fried in our smoke house with our own lard, again, from our Meishan pigs. Healthy, local and delicious!
