These Charcuterie Kits come complete with a 10x10 wooden tray, 4 in-house made artisan charcuterie meats (depending on availability),1 bag of Georgia Sourdough Crackers, raw almonds, 4 spreadable cheese wedges, 1 jar Emily G's Jam and a packet of our organic French Onion Dip mix.
The artisan, dry-aged meats with be four of the following that we choose according to availability: Proscuitto, Bresaola, Pepperoni, Lonzina, Cappicola
Please specify in the NOTES section of your order if mild or spicy is preferred and if there are nut allergues to consider.
