Along with this excellent starting point, we offer accents to make your party the feast friends and family rave about for years to come.  Bill Jensen, our expert on everything dude, recommends these carefully created and hand-selected products to add to your charcuterie board to feed your home team:

  • Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • Summer Sausage
  • Jerky
  • Pickles
  • Chips and Crackers
  • Chicken Wings

Bill Jensen’s Famous Dude Dip

Not to be outdone on game day, Bill willingly shares his famous Dude Dip.   This easy-to-make and ultra delicious recipe adds a manly kick to your spread for extra points on your party game.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 Brick of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Small Can of Hormel  Chili (No Beans)
  • Spicy Add-Ins to Fit Your Players’ Tastes.

What to Do:

  1. COMBINE cream cheese with Hormel Chili
  2. HEAT until warm throughout
  3. STIR until mixed completely.
  4. ADD spicy elements.    If you’re dealing with varied palates, PROVIDE a few spicies on a plate at your table and LET your guests handle this part themselves.

What to Drink

To bring home the Lombardi trophy for this exceptional get together, don’t forget the beverages.  Beer lovers will thrill at the crisp, light contrast of  Kolsch sipped after a delicious taste of sausage and/or cheese. The acidity of Kolsch will cut through the fatty flavors for an extremely pleasant overall effect.  Anyone who prefers a cocktail with their tailgate will find Lynchburg Lemonade the perfect kick.  And if all else fails? Remember what your parents said, “Go drink some water—I’m watching the game!”
